How Do I Book

Once you have chosen your accommodations from our available inventory, please fill in the related request form that you will find at the bottom of the information page of each property. Once availability is confirmed we will send you the contract to sign and confirm the booking. Please note, that besides the options in our website, we can also email you in PDF format other accommodation options together with the procedure to follow. All contracts have been reviewed by many Olympic committees and Olympic teams and cover any possible issue. The latest version of the contract is the one we used in 2016 Rio Summer Games, adjusted to reflect the legal conditions of South Korea.

What Happens After I Received The Contract?

Once you have reviewed your contract please sign all pages, scan it and email it back. Please pay attention to the payment conditions and forward the necessary evidence of payment to secure your booking. It will be signed on our end, scanned and sent back to you via email, together with the receipt of payment.

If I Cancel Is My Deposit Refundable?

Unfortunately the 50% deposit is non-refundable as well as any payment. The reason is that we are asked to pay all accommodation providers in non-refundable installments under the same terms and conditions.

Do You Sell Event Tickets

We are not an authorized ticket agent however we have access to tickets through a Broker. We charge a 20% handling fee to secure event tickets for our clients. This fee includes handling the reservation, prepaying for the tickets, accounting costs and a small fee before taxes. We strongly recommend that you first try to book through the official site as the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Games Organizing Committee will design a ticketing and promotion policy that will guarantee not just that stadiums will be filled to capacity, but also access to the competition venues to all social strata and all Games clients. The ticketing program will be broadly announced through several channels of communication.
